  • Thank you for your interest in my pottery! I sell my work online from my website shop. I restock my shop approximately every 2-3 months. Notifications of sales are posted on social media and to my email subscribers. Be the first to know when a new collection is available by signing up for my newsletter at the bottom of this page.

  • I will select a date and time for the shop restock. At that time, every piece that is available for purchase will go live in my shop. I suggest creating an account on my website. This will allow you to save your payment and shipping information for a faster check out process. Email subscribers will receive an email reminder when the sale goes live. Sign up for my newsletter at the bottom of this page to receive those notifications.

  • Yes they are! I would not recommend freezing or putting directly over a flame.

  • Yes they are! I recommend washing on the top rack of the dishwasher. Hand washing is recommended as a more gentle option to prolong the life of your piece.

  • I have 3 different size mugs. Small 10-12 ounces, Medium 16-18 ounces, Large 22-24 ounces.

  • Wholesale orders are available for items already in my product line. Please email me at defaziopottery@gmail.com for wholesale inquiries.

Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 days of purchase. Once your order is sent, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Domestic orders are shipped through UPS and USPS. Canadian orders are shipped through UPS and FedEx. All shipping costs are flat rates based on location from shipping origin, New Hampshire.

International shipping is available in select countries. If you live internationally and are interested in purchasing from me, please email me at defaziopottery@gmail.com to see if shipping is available in your country/region.

Return Policy

If you are interested in returning your item(s) please email me at defaziopottery@gmail.com. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the order date. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The item(s) must be returned in the same new condition as received and in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or you received the wrong item. I take great care when packing your items. However, once the shipping company takes over, it is out of my hands. If a piece arrives damaged, please take multiple pictures of the damaged box and items. Contact me immediately and we will resolve any issues together. Claims received more than 7 days past the delivery date may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
